My name is Tania, and I am passionate about helping others discover the profound healing potential within themselves. As a mum and a small business owner, I often found myself in moments of overwhelm. With a busy mind and a never-ending to-do list, I discovered that sound offered me moments of deep relaxation and mental clarity—a way to bypass the busy thinking mind and tap into moments of deeper knowing and clarity.
My journey into sound healing began with my own quest for inner peace and spiritual growth. Over the years, I have delved deep into sound, meditation and breathwork techniques, uncovering their immense benefits for calming the mind, reducing anxiety, and promoting overall well-being.
